L'oreal Magic Perfecting Base Primer!

 I've had the mini size of this primer for awhile now (about a month) and as you can see I've used a lot. It's a pink mousse-like substance, that is supposed to last three weeks, but I've only used about half of the container in the length I've had it.

I really like this primer. It says it's supposed to reduce spots on your face, and I saw that happen a little when I first bought it, but not anymore. However, it helps my makeup last all day, and my skin feels super soft when I apply it. It may seem a bit spendy for the little thing, but it does last. Once it runs out I'll get the full size. I use this with my foundation and the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray, and my makeup doesn't budge ALL day!

Luuux, and other sites similar

So, I recently discovered Luuux by accident, and it was intriguing so I decided to join. It isn't very popular. It's basically a rewards website where you add posts, comments on others posts, likes, etc to earn "Luuux cash", which you then redeem in their "shop" for various prizes. It is quite similar to blog postings, so if you enjoy blogging then you may like this site.

However, it is not a "get free things fast and easy" site. You have to work pretty hard and be very active on the site to earn a good amount of Luuux cash. They used to base it on likes, comments, and posts, but now I think they just give rewards from posts and how popular your post is. So you'll have to create all kinds of posts and truly enjoy using the website. It takes awhile to get enough cash before you can get a prize.

Websites Similar To Luuux

I've used many sites like Luuux, but it's the only one I've found that is related to beauty and such. However, there are many rewards sites where you earn points and redeem them for prizes.

UPDATE (2014):

       I have recently found a website that I like a lot! It's called Listia, and is a bit different than sites where you earn points for rewards. It's pretty much like eBay, except instead of earning and bidding cash they use "credits" which you can then redeem on things that other people list. You can list anything you'd like, for example, gift cards, clothing, makeup extra knick knacks you have laying around, etc. Some people even list expensive things like brand new phones, laptops, etc. I've gotten some nice designer clothes for a small amount of credits.

        A tactic I use is to list things that I don't have to physically mail to the winner, such as e-gift cards. You just send them the code through message. However, if you are willing to mail things to the winner and have a lot laying around you do not use, you can get lots of credits! There's also a section where you can complete surveys or watch video ads to earn credits. Currently, I am saving up to get a large item, such as a laptop, ipad, or a nice camera.

         My favorite rewards site, however, is Points2shop. It's very similar to the others I'm about to mention, but you can actually get a lot of points from playing games if you win them. If you're like me, and don't like taking surveys and filling out a bunch of forms, then this is the site you should use.
When you play games, you can pick a "tournament" game to play (or just a practice game, which is free), and play against another member. There is a small points fee you pay, and if you win the game you get the prize. (For example, the fee may be 8 points and the prize 16 points if you win.) If you lose, however, you lose the points you paid, but if you're willing to gamble you could win lots of points.

       Verifying your address is necessary to play games but is very simple. When you join, you get 250 points just for joining, which is equal to $2.50. They have a one dollar prize, which is simply one dollar sent to you to prove that they are legit and for them to verify your address.

 * A tip for earning quick points when you first join Points2Shop is the Usamp profiles. There are 10 profiles, all you have to do is fill out some quick info about yourself, and each one is worth either 50 points or 100 points. These are the first offers I did, and I ended up with about 1,000 points. That's equal to 10 dollars in just 20-30 minutes. However, this may have changed since I joined, which was at least 5 years ago. 

         Another rewards site I use is Prizerebel. It's basically the same as Points2shop, but there are no games. For me, I've found earning points from offers much easier and quicker on PrizeRebel. Points2shop doesn't seem to credit a lot of the offers I complete. PrizeRebel also has a smaller variety of rewards, so I usually just get amazon gift cards from them. They give you the code right away on their website, so if for some reason you're uncomfortable with giving them your address to send a prize, PrizeRebel would be great for you.

         The final one I use is called Swagbucks. I don't use it as much as the others, just because I find it much harder to earn "bucks." I know people who prefer it over anything else, so you might too! I'd recommend trying them all out briefly to see which one you like the best. Everyone's different.

        These sites aren't going to make you a billionaire, but you can definitely earn a little extra cash to spend!
